Our Vision
Neocalp Attorneys is a dispute resolution law firm, primarily practising in the writ, appellate and special jurisdictions of the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, appellate tribunals and other authorities.
The jurisprudential and constitutional foundation of dispute resolution is rooted in time-honoured principles such as Rta, Dharma, Nyaya and Satya, together with righteousness, equity, justice, fairness, due process of law and access to justice. Disputes arise from differences in thought and perspective which, when intensified, can escalate into conflict. The resolution of disputes is therefore intrinsically linked to peace, social order and stability.
In Bharat, the law of the land provides many remedies: traditional methods such as the Panchayat system, community-based and custom-based resolution, and court litigation, as well as newer methods like arbitration, mediation, conciliation, negotiation, Lok Adalat, online dispute resolution, and hybrid mechanisms such as Med-Arb, Med-Arb-Med and mini-trials.
These emerging methods have made the process simpler, more cost-effective and client-centric, often creating a win-win for the parties. Our team makes a genuine, client-oriented effort to resolve every dispute by invoking the appropriate legal remedy, considering each client's social, economic and family circumstances.
We derive our inspiration from the ancient jurisprudential wisdom of India enshrined in the Shrutis and Smritis, the Dharmashastras and the Nyayashastra, and we work to apply it in the practice of law.
